Ponshukan清酒博物馆 — 117间新潟酒藏一次品尽
新潟的酒藏密度居日本各县之冠(220万人口拥有88间现役酒藏),这样的密度来自优质稻米(越光米与五百万石品种)、山泉软水,以及适合缓慢发酵的寒冷冬季。位于新潟站内的Ponshukan清酒博物馆,提供日本最容易入门的高品质清酒品饮体验:购买代币组(¥500可换5次试饮),拿到品饮杯,从117台自动贩卖机式的酒栓中任选——每一台都代表一间新潟酒藏。每台机器精准倒出20毫升的纯米、吟酿或大吟酿等级清酒,并附上中英日对照的品饮笔记。
馆内还设有温泉足汤,可一边泡脚一边品饮清酒,以及供应甘酒霜淇淋、酒粕拉面与日本酒巧克力的清酒美食柜台。这是认识新潟清酒文化最有效率的方式——短短30分钟的参观,就能体验到市值200美元的顶级清酒。
