- お支払い方法
- クレジットカードまたはデビットカード（決済代行: Stripe, Inc.）。 カード情報は Stripe が直接取得・保持し、当社は保持しません。
- お支払い時期
- 初回はお申し込み手続きの完了時に決済されます。以後は解約されるまで、 各請求期間の開始日に自動的に更新・決済されます（月額課金）。
- サービスの提供時期
- 決済完了後、直ちにご利用いただけます。有料機能はお客様のアカウントに即時反映されます。
- 解約・返金について
解約はいつでもアカウントページからお手続きいただけます。解約は現在の請求期間の 末日をもって有効となり、それまでは引き続き有料機能をご利用いただけます。
本サービスはデジタルコンテンツの提供であり、決済完了と同時に提供が開始されるため、 月の途中で解約された場合の日割返金および未利用分の返金は行っておりません （法令により返金が義務付けられる場合を除きます）。
請求に誤りがあると思われる場合は、当該請求から 7 日以内に上記メールアドレスまで ご連絡ください。
通信販売にはクーリング・オフ制度の適用はありません。上記が当社の返品・返金に関する 特約となります。
