海遊館是世界最大的水族館之一，主打一座5400噸的太平洋大水槽，養有鯨鯊（世界最大的魚類）、鬼蝠魟與成群的鮪魚。水族館的設計沿螺旋動線從8樓下到4樓、環繞中央的太平洋水槽——遊客從多個深度觀賞同一水槽，在每一層看見不同的物種。
館內以15座水槽呈現環太平洋生態（日本森林、南極、塔斯曼海等），養有逾3萬隻海洋生物，包括海獺、企鵝、水母與巨型蟹。沉浸式的設計與巨大的水槽規模，帶來世界級的海洋觀賞體驗。
