Cabo Toi es un promontorio cubierto de hierba donde un centenar de caballos Misaki, una raza autóctona semisalvaje, pastan libremente entre el faro y el borde del acantilado que cae al Pacífico. Es la manada de caballos salvajes más famosa de Japón.
