La Granja de Wasabi Daio se extiende a lo largo de 15 hectáreas alimentadas por aguas cristalinas del deshielo de los Alpes japoneses. El wasabi crece sumergido en agua corriente helada. Hay paseos en barca por los canales, molinos de agua fotogénicos y un restaurante donde probar wasabi fresco rallado sobre soba, helado y cerveza.
