富良野のラベンダー畑は毎夏（7月〜8月初）、十勝岳の裾野を紫の波に変える。この地で最も有名なファーム富田は、紫のラベンダー、ピンクのフロックス、白いかすみ草、オレンジのカリフォルニアポピー、赤いサルビアの縞をなす七つの花畑を育てる。丘からの看板の眺めは、背景に十勝岳を望む「彩りの畑」だ。

富良野のラベンダー栽培は1950年代に香料油の生産で始まった。合成油が天然ラベンダーに取って代わり畑はほぼ消えかけたが、1970年代にファーム富田の主人が観光資源として広めた。今日、富良野のラベンダーは日本で最も象徴的な花の風景で、毎夏100万人を集める。

What this page is honestly for

Furano in July is a scheduled event with a car park. The farms publish their own bloom reports, the buses run on a timetable built around them, and there is no version of this page that improves on any of that. We are not going to pretend there is a secret way to see a lavender field that fifty coaches are also seeing.

What our catalogue can do here is widen the frame. Central Hokkaido is one of the thinnest parts of the site for a reason — the distances are enormous and the settlements are small — so rather than a list of neighbours you get an honest pointer: the interior rewards a car and several days far more than it rewards a day trip, and the Hokkaido pages on this site are written on that assumption.

**開花のタイミング:** 早咲きは6月下旬〜7月初（淡い紫、人少なめ）。満開は7月10〜25日（濃い紫、強い香り、人出最大）。晩期（7月26日〜8月10日）は花が衰える。ファーム富田は公式サイトで週ごとの開花情報を出す。ピーク時、平日は週末より50%空く。 **最良の場所:** 丘の「彩りの畑」が山を背にした虹の縞のパノラマ — 定番の一枚だ。人が眺めを塞ぐ前の9:00までに。本館裏の「伝統のラベンダー畑」はラベンダーが最も密で香りが強い。 **ラベンダー商品:** 農園の店はラベンダーソフト（300円）、精油（1500〜3000円）、ドライラベンダーの匂い袋（500円）、ラベンダー蜂蜜（1200円）を売る。ソフトは話題性だが精油は高品質（食品グレード）。香水瓶（2500円）は上品な土産に。 **ファーム富田の先:** 北星の丘展望公園（車で15分）は人出10分の1でラベンダー畑と絶景。菅野農場は花畑をトラクターカートで巡れる（500円）。複数農園を組めば一日の花めぐりに。
