พระใหญ่คามาคุระ (鎌倉大仏 คามาคุระไดบุตสึ) เป็นรูปปั้นสัมฤทธิ์พระอมิตาภสูง 13.35 เมตรหนัก 121 ตัน หล่อปี 1252 ในยุคคามาคุระเมื่อเมืองริมทะเลนี้เป็นเมืองหลวงโดยพฤตินัยของญี่ปุ่น เดิมประดิษฐานในวิหารไม้ยักษ์ อาคารถูกสึนามิทำลายปี 1498 เหลือพระเปิดรับดินฟ้าอากาศกว่า 500 ปี — พาทินาสัมฤทธิ์ผุกร่อนและการตั้งกลางแจ้งสร้างความรู้สึกยั่งยืนและสงบทรงพลัง
ขนาดของพระน่าประทับใจเมื่อดูใกล้ — ผู้เยือนเดินรอบฐาน 360° สังเกตจีวรทิ้งตัวละเอียด สีหน้าสงบตาปิดครึ่งในสมาธิ และตะเข็บหล่อสัมฤทธิ์ที่เห็นจากบางมุม พระกลวง (เสริมเหล็กหลังแผ่นดินไหว 1923) และเข้าภายในได้ (เพิ่ม ¥50) เพื่อดูโครงสร้างการหล่อและเทคนิคจากศตวรรษที่ 13 การผสมขนาดมหึมา ความสำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์ และการตั้งกลางแจ้งทำให้เป็นหนึ่งในภาพพุทธไอคอนที่สุดของญี่ปุ่น
