青之洞窟是真榮田岬附近一座半沉沒的海蝕洞，陽光穿過水下入口、反射白沙海底，將整個洞內染成一片螢光藍。這種現象在正午（11:00–14:00）陽光以最佳角度射入時最為強烈。
這裡是沖繩最熱門的潛水與浮潛地點——從真榮田港搭船5分鐘，或從岸邊游15分鐘（限泳技佳者）即達。洞內藍光映照的水中，熱帶魚成群，能見度常超過20公尺。
