梅田藍天大廈是一棟雙塔摩天樓，兩塔在頂端由「空中庭園展望台」相連——一座173公尺高的屋頂觀景台，360度俯瞰大阪。建築獨特之處在於兩塔之間以懸空的手扶梯相連，通往展望台的動線戲劇性十足。
屋頂平台為露天設計，可直接感受風與天空——不同於多數大樓的密閉展望台。都市景觀、大阪灣夕陽與建築體驗三者交融，使它成為大阪最佳的觀景台，儘管並非最高（阿倍野HARUKAS高300公尺，但戲劇性不及）。
