浦富海岸綿延15公里,是山陰海岸UNESCO世界地質公園內鋸齒狀的火山峭壁、海蝕洞與白沙灣海岸線。這片海岸線由古代火山噴發與數千年海浪侵蝕雕琢而成,形成岩拱、隱密海灘與清澈潮池交織的迷宮。海水閃耀著翡翠與土耳其藍——這是白沙在淺水中反射的結果——風平浪靜時能見度可達20公尺。
海上獨木舟是體驗浦富海岸最經典的方式。導覽行程會划過步行無法抵達的狹窄岩石水道,探索燕子在玄武岩中築巢的海蝕洞,並在隱密海灣上岸游泳與浮潛。這片海岸面向東北,避開了盛行風,即使初學者也能輕鬆划槳。壯麗的地質景觀與加勒比海般的水色相結合,打造出日本視覺上最令人驚豔的海岸體驗之一。
