Tombori River Walk

**Photography timing:** The best light occurs 30–45 minutes after sunset (blue hour) when sky retains color but neon signs are lit. This creates balanced exposure between sky and signs. Full night (after 20:00) means black sky requiring exposure choice: bright signs or dark water reflections. Bring tripod or stabilization for low-light photography. The Glico sign reflection is best photographed from the eastern end of the walk. **Crowd avoidance:** The river walk is never as crowded as Dotonbori street above, but weekends see steady foot traffic. Early morning (6:00–8:00) provides empty walkway with some signs still lit from night before. Late night (23:00–01:00) offers club/bar energy with fewer tourists, appealing for edgier urban photography.
