松山城座落于松山市中心胜山山顶,海拔132公尺,是日本现存仅有的12座保有江户时代原始天守的城堡之一。1603年由大名加藤嘉明兴建,1627年竣工,整座城郭包含21件重要文化财,分布在多个以防御城门与石墙相连的曲轮之中。
游客可搭乘缆车、吊椅,或经由穿越樱花林的20分钟步道抵达城堡。天守顶层可360度俯瞰松山市、濑户内海,晴朗时甚至能望见四国的群山。

城堡门票¥520。缆车/吊椅来回¥520。二之丸史迹庭园¥200(须另购票)。健行步道免费。
最佳季节
3月底至4月初赏樱(园内200多株樱花)并有夜间点灯。全年皆可欣赏城堡景色。
建议停留
2–3小时(含缆车/吊椅、天守内部与城郭园区)。再加30分钟参观山脚的二之丸庭园。
