Fridays/weekends see live music performances on the stairs. **Restaurant floor strategy:** The 11th-floor Kyoto Ramen Koji (京都拉麺小路) gathers 9 ramen shops from across Japan in a retro 1960s Kyoto streetscape setting. The shops represent different regional styles (Kyoto, Tokyo, Sapporo, Hakata). Good for ramen comparison without traveling. Lines form 12:00–14:00; arrive at 11:30 opening or after 15:00.
